I didn't really have time to make dinner for myself when I came home from work. I had to cook dinner for my daughters and rush off to my second job. If was another frustrating evening and I came home pretty hungry, so I stopped off at the supermarket and rewarded myself with a ribeye steak. And.... that was dinner! Just steak. No veggies. I just didn't feel up to cooking more than that. The good thing is that I didn't stop off and get myself 3 Big Macs AND I stayed low carb! So far, it has been a good week of following my meal plan. Let's hope that I can make it through the weekend ok!
