Hi friends!
Hubby and I got a chance to get away to the coast for the weekend and we took it. We headed out Friday afternoon and just got back a little while ago. Friday evening we walked through the mall and did window shopping then went to dinner. I was super proud of myself and I only ate 1/2 of the entree. I just eating and realized I wasn't even hungry any more. =) Saturday we slept in then went to Sequoia Park and Zoo in Eureka. We walked all through the redwoods there and then through the zoo. It was a fun morning. We then hit our favorite place to eat in Trinidad, The Eatery. For the afternoon we hiked on trails leading to different beaches and explored them. I walked in the water until I was freezing (my goal since I am tired of being hot). The tide pools are so fun. From there we headed back to the hotel and then we went to the old downtown Eureka area where they were having a street fair type thing. If you were looking for a specific genre of music you could find a street performer there let me tell you. All in all my fitbit recorded 18,663 steps yesterday. =) Today we got up and headed home, unfortunately the county that we live in has several complex fires that started in the last couple of days so it is really smokey here.

i'm new and i'm not sure what rdi means? are there graphs are here to monitor your progress i'm more a visual person

RDI is recommended daily intake, There are graphs and lot's of places of info, explore the whole site.
