I'm going to concentrate on strengthening my core for a while. It's something about a sore abdomen that helps keep me focused. I'm saying "NO" to the pot belly...

I know what you mean on the soreness. When I feel sore I feel like I'm actually doing something and getting somewhere. Keep up the good work.

Strong core helps your whole body. I'm really working on that with my suspension trainer.
