To heck with this; I'm eating the dark chocolate pumpkin seed bark I got for my birthday! I'm eating well, but not enough to keep up with my level of activity. I'm feeling too thin, and could use more energy.

I had a big lunch of Hawaiian grilled teriyaki chicken with vegetables (lots of vegetables!), and ate 6 of my various homemade energy bites. My partner's going to get me a latte, which will go great with my dark chocolate...
119.1 lb Lost so far: 82.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, Kathy - a little concerned about you. Hope you can gain muscle and add weight to your frame in good health. You may just need to eat more calories and maybe increase the healthy fats - do you like avocado, nuts, coconut oil?

HCB, Pterath, thanks for caring! Don't worry;check my food diaries; I do eat avocado, nut butter's, nuts, seeds, coconut oil. Check the recipes for my energy bites : all good, clean, whole foods. My legs and arms are quite "ripped", my abs are in good shape. I have to take a break from Pilate's & bodypump, since I sprained my thumb, but am doing tons of leg and arm work in Zumba ; 6 days this week plus the 3 hour training last Saturday. I've just been burning more than I'm consuming. I'll try to post pictures soon. Life has been very full, and the heat wave has made things more difficult ; can't really bake. Ive been making awesome turkey burgers, vegetarian burgers, even Ethiopian Spiced Chicken inns crockpot., and teff stew.
