Dreamt about binging last night. Suppose that's better than doing that when I'm awake, right? I've been staying on track really well these past couple weeks, and I won't let my fat girl brain ruin it for me.

That's right! Do not let the "fat girl brain" take over!

They're called "user dreams". I get them too. People who are quitting something like smoking, or sugar get them.

That's interesting about the 'user dreams'. I vividly remember many dreams where I was smoking right after I had quit smoking.

It is a very bizarre experience. At least my dream self felt guilty after eating like a half dozen McDonald's bacon egg and cheese biscuits.

I've had those dreams for both smoking and eating, too. I wish I had the ability to recognize I was dreaming, I would make a dream trip to some kickass restaurants! lol
