Blech. Still not feeling well. Not sure if it's a side effect of the new medication, or if I'm just getting sick. Solid food tastes like dirt and I'm struggling to get 1000 calories a day. I had made scrambled eggs this morning and couldn't even choke down the first bite without getting sick to my stomach.
Granted, this has lead me to drop a few pounds in the past couple days (bought a size down in jeans!!), but I worry that I'll be losing muscle instead of fat since I'm hardly getting any protein.
Might go to a liquid diet (smoothies and protein shakes) for a few days, since that's the only edible food at the moment. Not the way I wanted to start out my week.
