28-juli (day two of the 10 kilo challenge)

yesterday my first diet day was a complete success... and look, there goes the waterweight. my legs are feeling better, but i cycled a small stretch to my horse and they where still full and sore.
talk about full and sore, my horse has an inflaminated tail, so i have to take her to the vet later this day. so that will be my exersice for the day.
shopping and household chores will be another.
looking forward to another succesful dietday!

a little sidestep: i sold ONE book yesterday (to a person i do not know) sounds crazy but i am excited to know someone out there is going to read about my hero...
