Hmm still gaining weight not really paying attention to that to much though, I will figure up a couple ways to measure body fat tonight. The caliper measurements said 20% which was terrible than I did it another way by measuring different body parts it was 13% so?????
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
