I have been pondering back and forth on purchasing a scale a really good one the kind that measure your body fat, water intake, weight of course etc... I'm not as concerned with my actual weight anymore but rather what that weight consist of..
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
