I measured my body fat percentage last Monday or so. I measured at an astounding 20% highest I have ever been. I haven't kept up with this number before so the last time I measured may have been 10-15yrs ago and if I remember correctly it was 7-10%, now to be fair I was maybe 135 lbs or so. I have altered my diet in order to cut out some excess fat, so in 30 days or so I will measure again to check results. My BMI is 25.824 which means I'm overweight? I really don't get that at all..
