DAY 30!! Oatmeal, banana and egg breakfast. 2.25 mile walk in 45 minutes. Lunch packed and ready. 1 month in and a LIFETIME to go! There is a guy that outweighs me in the loss competition at work. He has been juicing for 30 days. I really don't see how he can sustain that for 60 days. I don't care if I win or not. The competition just served as a catyalist (sp) to get me motivated. Eye on the prize! Remember Success is a split second decision away. Have a GREAT day everyone!

Not drinking as much alcohol will help with that as well as daily exercise and a 100 percent change in the way I eat. I used to order Chinese , Pizza all the fun stuff and wash it down with beer. I can't express enough how much better I feel each day . If you look at my daily meals I am eating a LOT of fresh vegetables lean protein. I am in no way starving myself. I split my lunch into 2 meals. I have 80 pounds more to go. I fully expect that that the 20 pound loss will NOT repeat itself this month. I will be happy with 8-10. Dedication and determination ! Thank you HCB for the encouragement! See the big picture everyone not just what happens today. Never dwell on what happened yesterday, it is gone. Have an awesome day.

Eye on the prize is right. I think you have a much better chance at success by changing your eating habits than doing something radical. I used to be addicted to quick fixes, but I never had the success I've been having since I decided to adopt a new lifestyle instead of going on another diet. You go!
