275 lbs. fell off the horse the last couple weeks due to the holiday and my birthday. Time to get back in the saddle.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I, myself have decided to get back on the horse, because I think about how the feeling of being smaller, healthier, more in shape, etc. sure feels so much better than a moment of cheating on bad food, especially when you feel sick after eating bad food. The horse has bucked me off so many times, but I've decided to mount up again.
