Sheila Grisham's Journal, 03 July 2015

I have been losing an average of 1.5 to 2 lbs week. Doesn't seem like much to me but I've always heard that is the healthiest way. I started out at 2000 calories a day but reduced it to 1800 after about 2 weeks. I'm actually doing quite well. I don't feel deprived because if I get a craving for something I shouldn't have I eat it anyway in a small quantity and I always stay within my RDI. Usually I take in less than my RDI. The key to weight loss for me is the calorie counter.
