I have broken 200 and on my way to my goal weight, my next goal is to break 190's and get into the 180's.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes frosty and HCB it was such a shock! I went on the scale and did a double take, it was because I have been working many hours walking constantly and activety and had no chance to get enough calories and was also doing the fast. i do not recomend this most of the time, but my body needed fuel and so it had to use my fat. I will know for sure when I get my numbers done Monday.
