Well I broke the first barrier... less than 202.5... now my next goal is under 200... IF is working for me.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

You and I have something in common.....I weigh 202.4 and my first real goal is 200 (I've lost 50lbs to date). I wish they had those 'old' scales in the doctor's office....you know, the ones with the weight that they had to pull over when you were under 200. I have my next checkup on July 16 and expect to reach my goal before then. Good luck to both of us. I'll keep watching for your posts......
