DAY 4 - Atkins Induction completed.
I must say yesterday was the best day.
I had (3) well spaced out meals, pleasing to the palate, with very good portions, HFHP and felt no hunger real or imagined.
If all days could be like this with OWL, (or maintenance, in whatever the case may be) I'd have no problems with food.
I don't know if I'm on the right tract, but I'll find out Monday on weigh day. I hope this brings forth results, as I've been on plan. I wear pretty lose clothing, so it's hard to say.
