Not even loosing 5 lbs a month is not making me a happy camper! I know I'm cutting corners by NOT weighing/measuring and writing down every bite. Started giving away my size 22 & 20 this week so that is SOME progress towards not going back to my evil ways! Blessings to all my FS pals!

We want the weight to melt off quickly but it's a slower harder process than that. You're losing about a lb a week which is a nice sustainable way to do it, something you can keep up. If we can't maintain what we're doing we just end up gaining it all back. It does help to measure and account for all food we eat, that's the only way to be sure of calories taken in. Nice job on your loss and success, keep up the good work!

So long as the scale is moving in the right direction, you're good. To get it to move faster, some foods will either have to go completely or your portions will have to shrink. When you're ready, you'll make the move. Nice work on dropping the clothes size.

I am having that same, slow sort of loss pattern. While I would love the scale numbers to drop more quickly, I have really come to appreciate all of the other victories I can count along the way--the smaller clothes, the muscle tone, the energy and flexibility I have gained, the healthier attitude I have (most of the time! :) ). I know it is hard, but keep plugging away and you will get where you want to be.
