Day 8 of 365! First weigh in. down 9 pounds. What I expected for the first week. Water weight. New to FS. I like the simplicity of the food journal and finding the calories of foods I choose. I am not following any DIET per say. I am just watching caloric intake and started a 30 minute moderate daily walking exercise regimine. Trying to limit it to 1500-1700 calories per day. I work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, so sometimes my sodium from prepackaged meals is a little high. Something to work on.
