This weight loss is taking forever!! The scale never moves.....

Remember, quick weight loss doesn't last. Weight gain takes months/years -- so does HEALTHY loss. Stick with it (BTW -- it shows your .5 down -- that's POSITIVE movement!!!)

I suggest you dont weigh yourself too often since there will be no obvious changes, once a month and you will have a better idea :) good luck!

To each their own. I weigh myself several times a day, that is how I figured out how my metabolism works throughout a day. I can tell now around 5-6 pm if the morning weigh in will show a loss or not, and sometimes I can influence that, because I know, for example, that around 5-6 pm I should weigh about 1.5 lbs more than the morning weigh-in. If I weigh more than that, I review what I did during the day, and it's either not enough water, not enough exercise or not enough sleep.
