I listened to the "winning the game of weight loss" yesterday. I enjoyed it. Valuable info. They talked about how our negative self talk can get in the way of our success. We are to replace the negative words we tell ourselves to positive. Learn how to retrain your brain and free yourself from the self-doubt, fear, and lack of confidence that is holding you back from successfully losing weight and keeping it off for good. It got me to thinking about how I was able to change my life last year. I started to listen to positive meditations on you-tube. As I looked back on my weight history, I noticed that when I strayed and went back to my negative self talk, my weight started to climb back up. So, last night, I had my son make me a cd so I can listen to a positive meditation on the way to work. It was also noted that we not say "lose weight", but say "weight release". I like that term. The program is quite expensive to purchase, so I took notes and will search for similar info that won't cost me money. If I did have the money, I would have purchased the program. I believe what we think, we become! FS members, we will be successful!!

Thank you for this valuable and helpful information. Thank you for all of YOUR support since last December (2014) when I made my weigh-ins and other info "public." Great idea about the CD!!!!! I sincerely wish you (and ALL of us) a weekend filled with healthy choices AND affirming people that will help us to stay ON PLAN and CLIMBING the mountain to WEIGHT RELEASE!!!!!!!!! Keep on Keeping on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I listened to the cd. By the time I got to work, I felt on top of the world! Say to yourselves, "I am amazing, I am awesome, I can do anything in my life that I desire!" "I am in control of my thoughts" I still feel great!!! I will rephrase all my negative thoughts into positive ones. You will have a great day!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, it is always good to receive positive information. I like the term weight release. I reminds me of how the mind, body and spirit works together for good.

I whole heartily agree, the "mind" on how we think and feel affect a person's eating habit's at least in my case. It's nice to know that there are fellow people out there like me. Thanks.
