Ate a chicken fillet biscuit from Hardee's this morning and I feel horrible. :(

I haven't felt this way in a while from food. I guess it does goes to show that I have been eating cleaner. Still going to stay low on my calories, but that was about a 3rd since the biscuit was 500 calories. Eating light the rest of the day.

Haven't been so strict on my 5:2 fasting, but need to get it in since I am not losing the weight like I would like to. However, I am going to stop focusing on the scale so much and continue to workout.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does make a difference -- I feel that way when I indulge with a cheeseburger and corn nuggets/sweet potato fries/fried mushrooms. Definitely cannot have it for dinner, cause I will totally pay for it by feeling gross that evening and the following morning!

It's just one biscuit, you could have ate five LOL. Don't feel bad, just move on.
