I love going camping and how great I feel the next day. Plus we visited Providence Baptist Church again - and I always feel so spiritually refreshed in the days following! Ahhhh.

(P.S. I weighed on Saturday morning and I was at 210. :) It doesn't count, but it helped with my inspiration.)
