What I have learned about maintenance: To adjust my calories to accommodate for those extras goodies, not to go overboard on those extra goodies, and to adjust workouts to make up for those extra calories. This week I my friend was selling cinnamon rolls to raise money for her dad's funeral. I bought an 8x8 tray. It comes with 4 HUGE cinnamon rolls topped with chopped pecans. And yes I ate one. Then over the weekend we went out for lunch. And on Sunday took a day trip to the big city. Where we had lunch at Jason's Deli. I got the manager's special, half a sandwich and a cup of soup. I also added a bowl of steamed veggies. Then we went shopping. And before heading home stopped at The Orange Leaf....I love frozen yogurt. And boy howdy did I eat a bunch of it. Through out the week though I went to 3 extra Zumba classes. I'm not very good at Zumba, but I love it! It's so much fun! Basically, I learned that I have to do extra work and as long as I am will to do that I can have my yogurt and eat it too!

Your doing really well on the maintance . Just try and keep the yoghurt as a treat ( say for doing well) , not more than once a week . I speak from expiernce , I love ice and spice's ice cream , I eat it then exercise. But I learnt its bad for you to exercise a lot cuz of one treat it can mess up your body.

The Orange Leaf is about an hour and a half drive from my small home town. So we don't really get a chance to go all the time. Usually about once a month. I'm glad we don't have any place like that here, because then I would be sorely tempted to indulge more than once a month.

Yes! You can eat extra goodies, burn them off and them watch the scale so it does not creep up! Great job!

Letty great job!!! I agree good choices, but enjoy your life, keep an eye on the scale, the overall picture, and keep up the exercies.
