I have my Doctor Appt today. I am kind of nervous for it but doing the food diary along with writing down how I felt made me realize that I need to stop just flapping my gums and actually start trying my best to rework my diet. It's hard at the moment given my situation but I have vowed that I am definitely going to change the way I eat when I move and have more control over the food situation.
Anyhow, yesterday ended up being a rest day for me but I am determined to push through it today. My rest day was supposed to be tomorrow but I am not sure why thursdays are so hard for my motivation. I guess I just need to try and push through it harder. It hasn't completely derailed my working out though so I am happy for that.
Anyhow...I guess I should go start my day now. @_@
