YAY! First gym workout in a couple months, since the last week in March I had bronchitis. It felt so good! I will probably be sore tomorrow. Did better than I expected.

Good for you! Right now, I'm saying maybe I'll go back to the gym next week. I'm out of town seven days of the next 11 days so it may not happen next week - but soon. Thanks for being a good example, helping to give me the needed push

It made me happy to get back. Just ran into a pet peeve that doesn't happen very often. Why do people hog the equipment for no reason. One guy sat there for the whole time I was there on the bicep curl (there are 2 of them but popular) an chatted with someone. Another young kid would stay on the same thing playing on his phone doing nothing for 10-15 min. GRRR. I gave up on the bicep curl as I wasn't able to catch the other one empty. I don't sit around and wait, I go to my next one and then go back if something is busy. There are tables and chairs available, they could go there and do that.

Gym etiquette is quite maddening to see at times. I have free access all this week and the thing's people do as well as the staff just makes a person lift one's brow and roll one's eyes. It makes me feel blessed for my little workout room at home.

Good on you Jeri! Don't sweat the wallflowers. They are there to pose not to workout....probably don't like to get sweaty. They need to hog the equipment as if they sat at a table nobody would look at them!

Kelly, laughing. Just aggravating when someone wants to use them. I was tolerant yesterday but may not be so in the future. I'm at the gym to workout not to sit and chit chat. Whether ask them if they are going to use the equipment or not or go up to the desk and inquire how they handle that. Jennifer, most people seem to be pretty good where I go. I haven't been for awhile but I've never seen these 2 before that I remember.
