I slipped today, had a sausage Mcmuffin, I usually do not like fast food but I was hungry and late to work, I did take most of the top English muffin off The rest of the day I did pretty good. My husband is worried about my diet so he bought me some vitamins. I do have Zeal everyday and that does have lots of vitamins in it. He is a sweetie.
My new goal is 10 lbs. in 6 weeks. I am impressed with the good work my buddies are doing, way to go!!!

We all slip from time to time. But it's getting back up that is important. It seems like you have done that. Best wishes for your new goal :)

Those aren't nearly as bad as you think. They are high in protein, and not super high in calories at all. Its not something you'd want every day, but once in a while is not going to hurt you. Check out the nutritional info on those. I think you'll be surprised.

Order it without cheese, I think it's a decent breakfast calorie wise and you get a good helping of protein.
