Okay, so for the last couple of months my healthy eating and lifestyle change went out of the window. This has resulted in weight gain and comfort eating :(
Recording this weigh in felt horrible, hopefully it won't feel so bad next time.
However, today is a new day. I have been out running with my husky, have started eating healthy again and am more determined than ever.

I've got a four-legged running partner as well: a springer spaniel that usually will wake me an hour before my alarm goes off to take her for a run...and will not let me run without her.

Thank you all for your support, I feel so much better for getting back on track! Yes, having a canine jogging companion certainly helps and her energy is endless :D

You can do this. It takes awhile for that lifestyle change to really be a change. It doesn't happen in a few days or weeks, for me a couple of years. Been there -- I think most of us have been.
