Emerging from the purple haze of pain medicine... The surgery went well, the pain was horrific. I feel great today. I sat in a chair and did 30 min. of upper body work with light weights. Thank you for your prays and well wishes. A good friend of mine stayed all day and took care of my grandson...I'm so grateful for her and my husband attended to me...I'm so grateful for him. My intention for today is "Positive energy brings about positive changes...I will remain POSITIVE throughout the day to support my healing." Be well everyone.
