Paperwork is all done and I'm am in control of my own time until late August, yea!!! I didn't have a very good week last week but, from this day forward I am committed to workout six days a week even after the surgery on my knee. I will move my body in a way to strengthen it. Today's intention: I choose to MOVE!!! Have a great day FATSECRET!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
