Thanks so Much,, I hope this Site is a little more user friendly then Atkins.com,, that site is horrible for logging food and exercise . Just being welcomed here is a huge difference, thanks so much !1 I am learning My way around, are either of you Low carbers ??

I am not Low Carb; I just try to watch how much I eat, then exercise my ass off with the idea of burning more calories than I've eaten.

lol,,you are young enough to do that . eat less exercise more worked for me for awhile,, but not any more .it makes me miserable .. I need real food !!

This site is great for support, motivation, and inspiration. When you are feeling down and unmotivated, the FSers are here to lift your spirits. If you have questions, you will find a plethora of advice and ideas. Logging food and exercise is a cinch. If you didn't know, there is a smartphone app that coincides with the web-site, so you can log your food, exercise, even weigh-ins, from your phone or tablet.

oh no. I don't really eat any less...I just exercise more. I've never had any issues with the app. Might depend on what type of phone you're using.

welcome tamarah jo! like every else said, there is so much terrific support on this site! i have been a low-carber for many years, and this woe works great for me. be sure to log your food and exercise, it really helps. lots of great groups here, too. if you're a low-carber, you might want to join the Low Carb Daily Check In group, the Daily Check In Here thread is pretty active with lots of great advice. good luck!
