:) Every time I do a fast something like this happens. I think a fast every couple of weeks will be my routine - maybe. Calipers have me under 14% today. Interesting. Kind of odd seeing how the fat thickness changes at different locations from day to day.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1260 kcal Fat: 62.02g | Prot: 95.36g | Carb: 82.47g.   Breakfast: LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, Espresso Coffee, Unsalted Butter Stick, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: Pork Loin (Whole, Lean Only), Snak Club Raw Almonds, Grapefruit. Dinner: Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing and Marinade, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Egg. more...

I envy you your loss. I don't think I would have the fortitude to fast as you do, but you sure make it work for you. :)
