Wow! Still kinda stuck....although I am thankful not to gain.

I am going to try a couple of things this week to see if I can kick start things...

I found out I have a decent sized bone spur on my heel. Did not need that in my walking routine.

232.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nearly every woman has these spurs. Its only when they get inflamed they become a problem. Ask your doc for some physio therapy and an intense ultrasound treatment. That really helps :)
