Day 7 no car and waiting on the insurance dude. MEH. I did get a lot of steps in these last few days. I had some popcorn at movie night but I logged it in and kept it at a moderate portion. And Im not feeling guilty about it at all bc I did it the right way. This is part of working on adding in foods slowing and moving out of induction and watching my portions and Im getting the hang of it. The prom is Saturday and Michael decided to have nothing to do with it, even though we offered a 100 x,he was like" Mom, prom is for girls more than guys and i dont care about going" I was like OK... SO in celebration of not going to the prom, we are having a Hobbit movie marathon and Im making us a huge veggie tray and some pepperoni and cheese crisp and a few atkins pizzas. We are gonna walk up to the store (a whole 2 blocks) and back and get what we need tonite then tomorrow Ill prep it all for Saturday and maybe we will play some cards or whatever he wants. His weight is down and he is looking good. I weighted in at 215 and Im hoping it sticks till Monday which is my official weigh in day.Hope every one has a great day

Cannot believe you are still without a car! BTW - have not tried the Atkins Pizzas. How are they?

Buffy, honestly, the pizzas are amazing. They are small but when you havent had carbs in a while or pizza, they are the shizz... they are a bit pricey and small, but are great subs for real pizza. And yes, no effin car.Talked to ins today and they will be here Monday to make a decision. Honestly, Im sure my car is totaled. We only have the one bc I have worked from home for 3 yrs and when my Mr's car went out there was no need to replace. So if they total it, we will pay off our balance, which is like 4 payments worth then prolly get a new one. BUT, im super excited bc I bought one of these carts on Amazon. The grocery store is 2 blocks and Im sure we are gonna have to walk a bit while we transition into the new car. Thank god we are centrally located. And this cart is perfect for 4-8 bags of goods.. Im stilled bummed about the car but MeH.... when one door closes....... right ?

Sounds like you are right on track. You're doing fantastic! Don't be hard on yourself. It takes time to develop a routine and for your body to get used to it. The important thing is that you've made changes and you're going in the right direction. I sure hope you get your car back soon.
