I am so happy to have lost a pound! I was out of town on business last Thursday and Friday and I ate so much but luckily maintained. I got my exercise in on Saturday but I was so tired Sunday that I skipped. I plan on exercising tonight and eating well today. I spoke at length with my fiance this weekend and decided I need to get tested for an attention disorder. I am scared but know that I have to do this for myself. I am distracted so easily and I have learned to deal with it in the past but now it is really lowering my quality of life. I took some online quizzes which told me I should be seen by a doctor and taking the quizzes made me so sad because I thought so many of the things were what all people dealt with and apparently they are not. I am hoping I can get an appointment set up shortly, fingers crossed that all goes well.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
