I am desperate for low carb breakfast ideas that don't involve wheat, dairy or eggs. Or 6 different kinds of obscure flour.

That's a tall order. Peppers and sausage? I bought sweet Italian turkey sausages that were really good. More like a bratwurst than a breakfast sausage. Oatmeal with fruit and nuts? That's all I got....

I eat a lot of fruit and oatmeal. Turkey sausage with potatoes O'Brien (onions and peppers). Jimmy Dean makes a nice turkey sausage links.

roll ups... turkey or ham, wrap around you favorite veggies like celery or a pickle, or lettuce wraps,, I have one i make that i call tuna salad undone.. use butterhead lettuce, tuna, bit of onion, capers, red bell pepper and drizzle with evo lemon juice and sea salt/AH-mazing

Salmon and cream cheese. Maybe on celery. Think dinner for breakfast. Chicken and tomatoes with avocado. Meat, vegetable, healthy fat. I've tried a recipe for crushed pork rinds used to make pancakes. It wasn't bad. Ate it with sugar free syrup. I can't remember if there was an egg in there though - might have been cream cheese. Try a site called all kinds of fairly easy low carb recipes

OH and my favorite.. poratabella stack... i make mine like a pizza and call it mushroom pizza, very good

Some almond flour (just ground almonds basically), butter and an egg, which can be microwaved into low carb bread.

Sliced roast beef with cream cheese and chives in the middle. YUM.

2 egg white omlete add tablespoon cottage cheese Inside A little pasta sauce on with parmasian cheese.. Tastes like a lasagna yummy

Rice cereal; cook plain white rice and add almond milk and cinnamon. Also we've been eating rice cakes with sunflower seed butter on top and dried cranberries.
