Yesterday was a little difficult, mostly because I was trying to keep a record of my cost. Breakfast was only .51, lunch was .97, I had 8 oz of wine for 1.34, and a biscotti for .36, for a total of $3.18 not leaving much for dinner.
Dinner was a piece of pork for .70, 4 oz cabbage at only .04, 1/3 apple for
.07, 2 oz egg noodles for .16, and some BBQ sauce .05 for a total of 1.02.

Total for the day was $4.20.
Total calories were 1600. I did get enough protein and not too many carbs, with a C/P/F ratio of 44%/29%/27%. I should get a little more fiber though.

I did get some fruit with the bananas, apples & craisins and wine.
Vegetables were onions, cabbage and celery.
Some nuts & seeds in the flaxseed meal, biscotti and almond milk.
Protein in the pork, oatmeal, cheese, and egg noodles.
Carbs in the oatmeal, bread, biscotti, and egg noodles.
Dairy in the cheese, with extra calcium from the almond milk.

Today' breakfast was .60 and the 1 1/2 servings of pea soup was .47.
The final meal was a 5 oz baked potato at .10, romaine at .20, spinach for .30, broccoli at .33,tomatoes .15, ham for .20, sour cream .12, gorgonzola for .40, a total of $1.80. I also had 4 oz wine for .67 and 2 servings of Ritz crackers for .20 Total for the day was $3.74.

My total calories were 1322 with a 51%/24%25% ratio.
