Today is a mellow day for me. Been doing a lot of self-reflecting and such and trying to identify where my flaws are what needs to change. It's like, I know some of the things that need to be fixed and I am trying to start the process on that but you know, I have to take things one step at a time. I do need to spend more time away from the computer which is hard because you know, homework and such...cuz online college but I am sure I can find some kind of balance.

I've been good with my working out but I just can't stop in the middle of the week like I normally do. If I do, it's counter-productive to what I want to achieve. My desires to become a better role model for my girls are definitely there...and I have every good intention of doing that...but at the same time, I haven't truly been making very good steps. *Sigh* This is going to be an extremely long process but you know, with the loving support I gain from FatSecret, I am sure I can accomplish it. You all have been there for me when I have fallen and wanted to toss my hands up in the air and say "F*ck it all! I give up."

I'll push through...I know I can...and I will be one of those success stories I keep reading...maybe not tomorrow, or even by the end of the month, but I know that I can do it. Thank you all for believing in me when at times, I don't even believe in myself. :)

Goal for the day: Think positive thoughts and love myself. :)

*Focus T25: Speed 1.0. Still my favorite workout. Not as big of a burn as I expected but I really did push myself which I am proud of. Right now, I have decided that I am going to try and go through the whole T25 program doing the mods first...and then attempt to do the real move if my knees can handle it. :)

Plank: 20 second plank. Once again, I tightened everything and though it was hard and I was shaky, I pushed through. Piper loves to lay on her belly right next to me when I do these and watch the timer count down. It's cute. :3
