I am a late 40's wife/mom/grandmother and I have two furbabies. Been a member of FS since July 2012. Weight loss is becoming more of a struggle for me and I'm presently stuck. I had lost 30 pounds but have gained 20 back! Seems am always starting a new challenge and I've got to get it right this time! I'm wasting what little time I have left before the big 5 0 !!!!
I have come to realize that if you don't use it, you lose it! Thinking of how active I was just a short time ago and how difficult it is for me now. I know losing weight has more to do with what you put in your body than how active you are. Food control is essential in weight loss. Sweating helps! So here's to a healthier me!
