Am making a point to record every bite of food I eat today. Have been getting sloppy lately.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 March 2015:

I got sloppy too, but picked back up again today myself. Happy to join you in this diet journal! It keeps me on track.

Good deal. I also try to error in favor of the high side.

It's easy to get sloppy with it, I find myself doing the same thing and have to be careful to measure and be accurate.
