I don't know if this will help you, but you can give it a try...... ------------------------------... From WebMD......... BMI Calculator http://www.webmd.com/diet/body... WebMD Food & Fitness Planner http://www.webmd.com/diet/food... ------------------------------... According to it, my BMI is 32.7 but my Waist-to-Height Ratio is 0.54. Healthy is between 0.43 and 0.52 so I'm close there but my BMI is mid-Obese.

I was just reading the other day that those scales are not the most accurate. There are quite a few online places to calculate your BMI. I would trust them more.

BMI is totally different from bodyfat percentages, Gillian622.

I'm not as concerned with BMI or body fat %, I'm looking to feel healthy again. I had lost 50lbs a couple yrs ago & then my mom was diagnosed with cancer & I had some health issues of my own, so I fell back into old unhealthy eating habits. I know by doing what I'm doing now, which is what I did before, I will get back there again & stay there.

My point was simply that I would trust a BMI calculator more than I would trust a scale.
