WOW. that is wonderful. Amen!!! it is amazing what Atkins can do for a person. Totally counter-intuitive to the recommendations of the AMA and the FDA and other regulatory folks. I also experience the inproved test results everytime I stick with the Atkins WOE.

Flowerdude - I remember seeing you when I first joined FS but then lost track of you. Dude - you've lost over 120 pounds (that is what I weighed when I was 21). No wonder your blood work was good. You must be beaming from ear to ear. Have you noticed an increase in female customer in your shop?

Wow, just amazing. I dropped off the face of the fatsecret earth this past Dec. I was really sick for a half year. Anyway, I was just so so proud to see how much progress you have made!!! Congratulations on such good results that not only show physically, but internally rock as well. :)

Concratulations!!! I am looking forward to the day that I can get off my BP Meds and cholestorol Meds as well. I started back on Atkins 7 APR 11 @364lbs after 6 yrs off, I am now down to 294 70lbs in 88 days. I am 51yrs old and I feel great.
