Just a quick note from yesterday - Thank you all for your comments. I am going to take your advice on DH's lunches. Will compromise and include wheat and/or other grains and then have a "clean" dinner.

Anything to keep him out of fast food.

HCB - unlike him, if I expect to lose I cannot make any compromises - as you can see from last weeks weight gain.

I guess I'm strange. I've never understood the love of fast food. I always hope that people lose the desire for it. I was even a McDonanld's manager for several years (extreme lack of jobs where I lived at the time I was lucky to have a job) and still didn't get it.
