My body totally confuses me sometimes. not a bad week but a 2 lb gain, smh. have a great weekend everyone.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Frustrating, I'm there with you this morning also, was expecting a loss. But temporary if we stick to what we need to do.
