Weighed in later than normal but even then I haven't been eating well. Why am I struggling with myself so much? Why can't I eat correctly? I don't like how I feel, look, other struggles that I'm dealing with because of my weight, what the hell is wrong with me?
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Many if not all of us on this site can relate!! Today is a new day... yesterday is gone.... this post sounds like mine a couple of days ago. I think we look at too many negatives and forget about the positives.... You know what to do .... just do it a day and a time. If your like me you want it now. Someone suggested to me that Rome wasn't built in a day so I need to give myself time and it WILL come off if I do the work. I decided to have fun with it rather than have it be that I am always needing to neglect myself.... I want to say no to the bad stuff and yes to the good!! I might go off some days but I have also had good days... you can do it!!
