I had a surgery 1 1/2 years ago and gained 25 lbs since then. I had at the time of the surgery already wanted to loose about 15-20 lbs. Diets don't work for me... I end up gaining more back at the end when I stop and it is very depressing after all the work and excitement. So, I am trying this. I am hoping that keeping tabs everyday and seeing others posts of success that it will keep me going... no dieting but eating healthy (less sugar and bad carbs etc.) and staying on a fitness regimen. I hope that everyone doing this will benefit and reach their goals too! Be Blessed in your journey whoever is reading this!!

When you click to go into the challenge if you scroll down just a bit there will be a box asking if you want to join. On the right of that box click "Join Group". You will then be taken to a page that allows you to invite others etc but I usually go back above and click on the home box to the left of the date. I hope this helps.

Supplements
I use whole food supplements and I also use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (with the "Mother" in it), in the morning and night. A TBSP or 2 with water. It helps with weight loss especially by helping with digestion. It is also great for the skin from the inside out. Smile
