I suck at dieting.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.9 lb a week

Don't diet - LIVE it. Live every day making healthier choices NOT diet choices. Before long those will become habit and you will find you like the healthy choices and so does your body ... AND since you are llving it .... you can still enjoy the special foods or meals once in a while without going hog wild.

I used to tell my kids, "Whenever I feel like dieting, I just lie down until the feeling goes away.

what catzz2 said, learn to enjoy moving your body, swimming is fun and also helps relieve stress. KÖR!
