Still going well. One thing that is helping is I'm drinking a lot more water and limiting my diet soda to 2 a day. I'm hoping the water will also help my dry skin. It seems to have helped my allergies. Or maybe that's the low-fat diet. I've had some things that are not strictly low-fat, but the best choice at the time. But I don't want to worry myself out of this diet by second-guessing everything.
