Got really depressed yesterday after swimsuit shopping...how can it be after losing 31 pounds I still can't find a swimsuit. Well I went to bed last night with it weighing heavy on my mind...today I woke up and decided to do something about it!!! So I got moving - did 20 minutes of Pilates and 30 minutes of the biggest loser video. Yes I feel the burn but that is what I want!! I must get rid of this belly...some how some way! Beach trip in 10 days - I have most of my meals planned out. Big party of 15 going so it should be a lot of fun!!

Sorry that you couldn't find a swim suit that you feel comfortable in. I have the same problem, and usually end up with one that has a tummy control panel and a skirt! lol Ahhh, camoflage. The beach party sounds like fun. Have a great day, and good work with the exercises.

LandsEnd suits are not cheap, but VERY good and lfattering fits: http://www.landsend.com/pp/AlloverControlSlenderTunicSwimsuit~4235_593.html?bcc=y&action=order_more&sku_0=::BAP&CM_MERCH=IDX_Swimwear-_-Women-_-ShopbySilhouette-_-OnepieceSwimsuits&origin=index

Swimsuit shopping is always depressing for me, and I think most women actually. I hope you find something that you like. I have horrible stretch marks so I have to cover everything, so I went with the tank and skirt combo suit. I don't think that's too bad, but I'll always wish I could get in that bikini. Just remember that no matter what you'll be having fun, so it really won't matter what kind of suit you're wearing. Good luck shopping!!

Ha ha ! I remember hating swimsuit shopping even when I weighed 106 pounds! I know someone else who likes the Land's End suits, though. They're a little out of my price range, so I can't give a first-hand account, but my sister-in-law loves them. Have a great time on your beach trip, no matter what you wear! :)

Depressing for sure! Nasty business trying on suits. Who designs these things anyway? What is up with the halter style, personally I hate that hanging around my neck! I can't stand going to the store to try them on, so I click & they ship! Good luck to you, I hope you find the perfect suit & cover up!
