Up .5 pound - but I feel thinner!! Lost another inch in my belly - yea!! That is the hardest place to lose so I will take it!! This week is going to be awesome - I have schedule time for myself to exercise and I'm going to do it!! Not worried about the scale - the weight will come off.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
