Hey, if it works for you, I don't see the problem. Skipping meals is a migraine trigger for me, so I try to at least eat a little something. My fasting is usually short-lived and accidental. I get busy with something and forget to eat. When the headache starts, I usually remember that I didn't eat. Much religious fasting is not refraining from eating anything, but rather only eating maybe one thing or so, but still eating something. Very few of us today would suffer significant health issues by fasting for a day or so. Have fun with it NM!
